Rudus builds AI-powered takeoff and estimation software for concrete subcontractors. This policy describes what information we collect through this website (rudus.ai) and how we use it.

When you submit our demo request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, job title, and any file you choose to attach.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in standard server logs.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your request, schedule and conduct product demos, and communicate with you about Rudus. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or session-recording tools, and it does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Our demo page embeds a video hosted by Tella, and we link to Calendly for scheduling. If you interact with those services, they may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this website: Vercel (website hosting and media delivery) and Resend (email delivery for demo requests). These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We keep demo request information for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us by emailing sahil@rudus.ai.

If we make material changes to this policy — for example, if we add analytics to this website — we will update this page and the effective date above.
